Raleigh Wedding | Stephanie and Steven, Raleigh, North Carolina

I had the honor of shooting Stephanie and Stevens wedding at Cafe Luna in Raleigh, North Carolina. Not only was the food delicious, but the cakes were to die for! So much love went in to every detail of their wedding from the flowers, to the decorations, to the food. I was so wrapped up in the love that flowed freely on that day that I must have cried like 10 times.

All the flowers were made by Stephanie and her mom the night before. They purchased them from Trader Joe's! I love love DIY brides. Not only does it save money but it puts a personal touch on everything! The cakes were from Whole Foods which I totally recommend. You get a great variety of cakes, they add color, and did I mention they taste utterly delicious?? Hair and makeup was done by Stephanie's cousin-in-law (is that a thing? I think it's a thing!??). She was  flawless!

Downtown Raleigh is such a great place to get married. It has such a cool vibe - urban with a touch of southern flare. We took shots all over the downtown area, and then ventured up on to the roof of a nearby parking deck to get super cool views of the city at night. Her wedding venue was the super cute Italian restaurant called Cafe Luna. It has so many great details and is centrally located right in the heart of downtown Raleigh. Cafe Luna also provided the most delicious food too! I mean how could it not be, it is an amazing restaurant!

Now, can we just talk about how amazing Stephanie's dress is!?!?! She picked it out at New York Bride and Groom in Raleigh, and boy let me tell you, pictures do not do this dress justice! We did a bridal session later on which I will blog soon!

Hope you enjoy, and remember, fall in love with as many things as possible. **Special thanks to my second shooter Melissa Toma for all your help and hard work that day!
